設施非常新，環境優美，酒店服務人員很熱情 幫我們免費升了房型，晚上還有表演看。早餐跟五星飯店差不多，實惠且種類豐富

説實在的，2千多元房費再加上800元自助餐費，去了個寂寞。先説房間，光線昏暗，房間小，設施老舊。自助餐更是沒有一樣值得拿出來好評的菜，水果不新鮮，熱菜很敷衍，連清蒸鱸魚衹有第一鍋較為鮮嫩可口，後面的就蒸的很老了。果汁勾兑的，咖啡沒有，酒水更加要再掏錢購買。180元一位的自助餐，吃個了個寂寞。雖然山上的東西靠挑，但是你們的物價已經飛上天了。這樣下去，越來越多的人會選擇拋棄黃山了。唯一一點就是服務比以前要好，其它真的沒有可以拿出來讚的了。

比峨眉山最貴的酒店更貴
白雲賓館價格更是驚人
黃山官方天氣預報非常不準 天天都在改晴雨
可以改成「天氣現報」即可
花1200～1300人民幣看山上霧茫茫的一片
完全沒有景色可言
7月底8月初 從台灣來內地前3天 直到上山前2日
不斷改了3次行程
最終還是遇上了黃山大雨整整2天
是我這7年來 去遍內地各景區
最鬱悶的一次觀光
鬱悶到甚至不想再多花200人民幣坐西海大峽谷小火車往返
為此 我放棄了深圳夜景 、放棄興坪古鎮20元人民幣景點、多次高鉄退票扣款及改簽
得到的是 內地旅行最糟糕的一次回憶
完全不準的景區官方「預報」與無法因大雨臨時取消預訂的山頂「高貴」酒店，惡性循環。

房間設計很棒，房間裏提供大衣，雨傘，還有壁掛烘乾。早餐和晚餐都還不錯，晚上有表演，但是這次運氣不好，趕上台風影響，黃山天氣特別不好，早上的八段錦和晚上的星空影院都暫停了，下次有機會一定再來。

7.31入住黃山西海酒店，位置絕佳，從雲谷索道下後步行大概50-60min到酒店，一路風景絕美，雖然當天大雨，但是個人還是覺得雨中的景更有別樣的美！
房間寬敞舒適乾淨整潔，還有大大的陽台，可惜的是雨大霧大看不見美景，所以下着雨還是去獅子峯轉了轉感受清新自然！
服務也超級好，前台、管家、服務人員等。都很好。管家還給孩子送了早餐；送了伴手禮。
晚上7.30大廳還有節目表演，很精彩！
還有一點☝️晚餐真的巨好吃，品種多且味道好。這次的黃山之旅雖有遺憾，但因為酒店的真誠服務，讓我們不虛此行！

房間乾淨整潔，即便在陰雨天氣，也沒有潮濕的感覺，房間配備了烘乾機，烘鞋器，電熱毛巾架，淋濕以後很快就穿上了乾爽的衣服鞋子；酒店的位置超棒，距離西海景區、丹霞峯都很近；還給小朋友們準備了變臉、小丑，魚燈表演；酒店的管家也很貼心，隨時推送天氣，給留了多少位置不錯的房間；酒店的早餐也很棒，颱風竹節草對景區有一定影響，温度很低，但在西海飯店仍然吃到了口味不錯、食材新鮮，品種豐富的早餐，其實三餐都不錯，山上物資都是挑上去的，價格稍高也可以理解，會再次入住西海飯店，小朋友一直唸叨冬天下雪的時候還要再來黃山，再住西海飯店。
